The ClipCube Content Reporting Procedure sets out the process by which you can report content that you believe is illegal or filmed or posted without consent of one or more of the participants.

Content Reporting

If you become aware of any content that you believe is illegal or non-consenual on this web site, you should contact our Customer Support team by email on the address below. Please include as much of the following detail as you can:

• The URL of the content you are complaining about
• The nature of your complaint
• For video content, a time stamp of any part(s) of the content that you believe are illegal or non-consensual

When our team recieve your complaint they will acknowledge it, place a hold on the content and resolve your complaint within 7 days.

Withdrawing Consent

Any individual who is depicted in any content on this web site may request removal of that content. To do so, please contact our Customer Support team by email on the address below. Please include as much of the following detail as you can:

• The URL of the content you would like removed

Images will be removed within 24 hours of your complaint being recieved.

Appealing a content decision

If you are not satisfied with the outcome of your complaint you can request your complaint be escalated to our Legal team. The Legal team will further investigate your complaint by establishing the relevant facts and trying to find common ground.

How to submit your complaint

Please send an email to info@sunkat.co.uk with the word Complaint in the Subject.

You may be requested to provide additional evidence in support of your complaint - for example proof of identity if you are requesting content depicting you to be removed. We will reply with any additional requirements.
